These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the Snapfy.ai platform, offered by SNAPFY.AI LTDA, registered with the CNPJ under no. 57,189,141/0001-11, hereinafter referred to simply as “Snapfy.ai”.

By accessing or using the platform, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.

1. Object

Snapfy.ai is an online platform that allows you to generate realistic images with virtual models from still photos or technical drawings of clothing, using artificial intelligence technology.

2. Access to the platform
• Access to the platform is granted by creating an account and subscribing to a monthly plan with monthly credit release.
• It is necessary to provide valid data and keep the information up to date.
• Access is personal, non-transferable and password protected.

3. Free plan (trial)
• When creating an account, the user receives 2000 free credits (equivalent to 20 images) to test the platform.
• The trial period lasts 15 calendar days, with the requirement to register a credit card.
• The paid plan will be charged automatically after the trial period ends if the user does not cancel within that period.

4. Credits and use
• Each generated image consumes 100 credits.
• Credits are renewed monthly and accumulate if not used.
• Credits do not expire while the plan is active.
• In case of cancellation, credits remain linked to the account and can be used after the plan is reactivated.

5. Cancellation and renewal
• The plan is automatically renewed every cycle (monthly).
• The user can cancel the subscription at any time, maintaining access until the end of the current cycle.
• After the cycle ends, access to the platform will be suspended until reactivation.

6. Ownership of images
• User-generated images may be used freely for commercial, promotional or editorial purposes.
• Snapfy.ai does not claim copyright over the generated content, but reserves the right to use anonymized images for demonstration, portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested by the client.

7. Restrictions on use

It is prohibited:
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Sending content that is offensive, discriminatory or violates the rights of third parties
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas or data
• Sharing access or circumventing the credit system

8. Support

Technical support is offered via email or WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (Brasília time).

9. Privacy

Snapfy.ai respects the privacy of its users and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/18).

10. Changes to the terms

Snapfy.ai may update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or through the platform itself. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Forum

The jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any disputes arising from this contract, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
